Cancellation Policy
Refunds (less a 25% administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Conference Organizers by April 16, 2010. All refunds will be issued after the Meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 16, 2010.
